I spent two full days both in the rec center and on the grounds because of a weekend event there. They have a nice scenic walk around a pond (that had a live wild alligator when I was there) with a few benches. There's a newish playground that is great for kids that's well-maintained. There are 2 gyms, a weight room, and various meeting rooms. There's an outdoor walking/running track and basketball courts. On a nice weekend day, parking can be a challenge. Next door to a Junior High School.

This dog park is relatively a new dog park and fairly clean. The water fountains were backed up which was a negative. Also, there isn't much shade. The area has two small shaded benches within the park, but not nearly enough shade for dogs that are out running and playing, especially in the FL heat. There were quite a few chairs placed within the dog park as well but they were all unshaded. I'm hoping with time they will add some more shaded areas and larger trees.
