Free admission, unique art in the museum and out on the grounds, and a fun hands-on art & play area for kids!

This modestly sized museum, set in a beautiful park, has an incredibly diverse collection including a sculpture garden. . And there is a wonderful interactive space for children (and grownups too!) .

Beautiful location. Interesting eclectic art. Very nice staff. The only negative was that it was confusing to locate and poorly marked directions on roads.

Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts this museum is free and has a great variety of art from paintings to indoor and outdoor sculptures. The interactive children’s area is fabulous, especially a projector that creates designs with the outline of your body, could have spent a half hour there alone. Highly recommend.

I have been here before and enjoyed it but came back to see the Ginny Ruffner exhibit. Try to get there before it closes, it's just amazing. If that exhibit is gone, the other exhibits are wonderful and well worth your time. I was a little surprised at the quality of the museum in a city the size of Montgomery.
