Nicely located and quiet, this is a friendly inn and after getting free upgrade to room 312, I'm pleased at the room- the chairs, lounge area with microwave, fridge, great bathroom and a very soft comfy bed. Free breakfast from 7:30- 9:30 amwith free parking, it is a nice place to stay for 4 nights. Do add in slippers and a kettle? You can borrow ironing board and an iron. It is close to Safeway supermarket so stock up on snacks. ckeck in is 11am and check out is 2pm No pets allowed great wifi

as ordinary goes. Clean to a fault. The chairs in the rooms may not have been designed for sitting, but the internet was quick. Motion sensitive lights. You must add a star if you like seaweed, kim chi and spam, because there was no skimping there in the ample free breakfast. The staff were kind but not so strong on English. No water, no coffee maker in room. Towels rate only 5/10, but pillows were 8/10. Bedding otherwise not noteworthy. Carpets getting tired but could last another ten years. Would stay again but unlikely to favor it.

The location is very convenience for me to travel to my office. The room is nice and the price is little bit expensive. I spent 4 night and had good sleep until the lats day, the people on third floor direct from me make a lot of noise. Other than that everything is OK.

Room was huge and nicely furnished. TV reception was variable, some channels were unwatchable including the 3 HBO channels that are supposedly included. I was here on a day with record breaking heat and it took several hours for the air conditioning to make things comfortable, but it got there. Everything very clean. Bathtub was older and had chips in fiberglass and permanent hard water stains in a light rust shade. People at the front desk very nice and cordial. I agree with the other reviewer(s) about how loud the showers are in adjoining rooms - it literally sounds like a jet airplane taking off. Luckily no one showered in the middle of the night! The hotel has a 3-star rating; it's because of the amenities (fridge/microwave in room, laundry facilities, breakfast), not because of decor or style. Thought it was overpriced at $90+ but it does appear to be an expensive area overall.

This is the cleanest hotel I think I have ever stayed in, with nice decor and furnishings. I disagree with some of the comments about noise. Even though it is located right on the busy El Camino Real and our room overlooked a muffler shop, I didn't hear a thing all night. The breakfast offers made to order eggs along with other American type breakfast items and also has a nice Asian breakfast offering. The staff was wonderful. Definitely a place to try for the business or limited stay traveller.
