I went there to get relaxed and left pissed off and tense. The service was HORRIBLE. The worst I've ever received at a Massage Green Spa. I had always gone to the Scripps Rance location. Ive a gone to that location for 2 year and they were always excellent. I tried the Carlsbad location for the first and LAST time. The massage therapist I had was terrible. First of all he was sick and spent an hour sniffling and clearing his throat the whole time and i was worried about getting sick. Then he did not follow any of my requests. He spent 45 minutes on ONE spot, then did arms. Not what i asked. He did not do a good job working areas, it was more just pushing not rubbing, didnt feel good. And i had to tell him over and over what i wanted and he still did not listen. He only spent the last 5 minutes where i asked. When he was done he left the room in a hurry, didn't wait by the door with water or walk me to the desk like they normally do there. When i told the front desk staff about my bad experience and the fact that he was sick and should not be around customers, they didn't seem to care. Thier response was oh thats too bad, sorry you didnt like it. Never going back, very disappointed in this place.

Great Spa! I had an amazing experience overall! My massage was exactly what I needed and an issue causing me pain was addressed and I can walk limp free again! Highly recommend this location! Great therapists and a friendly front desk staff.
