Everything was wonderful! Carrie was very sweet and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious. The house was very clean and comfortable. Definitely so much better than a hotel!!

We stayed at the Hambleton House two nights, and it was the perfect choice. The location is incredibly easy to find, and perfectly situated for easy access to the Pro Football Hall of Fame and the First Ladies Museum. Honestly, we found Canton an extremely easy place to visit.Carrie is a perfect host. Our room was lovely, clean and like the entire home, very comfortable. Lovely spaces invited us to sit and enjoy a cup of tea with the homemade chocolate chip cookies waiting in our room.Carrie's recommended restaurants were not only excellent, but also very reasonably priced. And, oh, the breakfasts were delicious, served by the ever gracious host. Since we had an early morning departure on our last day, we received to go bags with more lovely homemade treats.IF we are ever in Canton again, we will definitely pay another visit to Carrie and the Hambleton House. We have already recommended it to family members in nearby Michigan.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Hambleton House completely exceeded our expectations. I was traveling for work with two others, and none of us had ever stayed at a bed and breakfast before. By the time we left, all three of us were pretty blown away by the experience.From the moment we arrived, Carrie made us feel genuinely at home. She greeted us so warmly, and when we got to our rooms, there was a homemade-from-scratch chocolate chip cookie waiting on the bed. And I’m not exaggerating when I say it may have been the best chocolate chip cookie I’ve ever had.The hospitality only got better from there. Breakfast is normally served from 8–10 a.m., but Carrie knew we had to leave early for work and went out of her way to make sure we still had a full breakfast before we left. And I’m not talking about some basic continental breakfast. She made homemade banana bread muffins with an incredible peanut butter-infused butter, fresh fruit, an unbelievable frittata, and sausage links. Everything was fresh, homemade, and fantastic.The house itself is spotless, the beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable, and there’s a warmth to the entire place that’s hard to describe. It almost feels like you’re staying at a relative’s beautiful home rather than a hotel. Carrie has done an amazing job preserving the character and history of the house—you feel like you’ve stepped back in time, but at the same time, nothing feels old or dated. Everything is clean, comfortable, and extremely well cared for.We were also able to squeeze in a round of golf at The Quarry, which is only about 15 minutes from the B&B. The course was phenomenal, with incredible scenery, and ended up being one of the highlights of the trip. Between the accommodations, breakfast, hospitality, and having a course like The Quarry so close by, Hambleton House would be an awesome home base for a golf trip with the boys.Carrie really is what makes Hambleton House special. She’s incredibly thoughtful and genuinely cares about making sure her guests are comfortable. For three guys on a work trip who had never stayed at a B&B before, we definitely weren’t expecting to enjoy it as much as we did.We would absolutely stay here again. Hambleton House is a true five-star experience, and Carrie deserves every bit of the praise she gets.

We had a wonderful experience at this lovely property during our stay for Enshrinement Weekend at the Hall of Fame. Everything was perfect - the room was spacious and well-appointed and so comfortable! Carrie was charming, and her delicious breakfasts were substantial enough to keep us going all day until dinner! When we return to Canton, we will surely stay at the Hambleton House!

This is a beautiful home. Breakfast was hearty and delicious.
