The hours on your website show you close at 6pm, but your recording states 5pm. I have gone by the outlet store at 4:15 3x this week and you're closed at 4pm. Your recording gives all these phone numbers to other departments, but you don't answer your own phone or have a way to speak to someone. When you put a sign on the door about closing at 4pm today, you need to put a date and for how long you will be closing at that time. I have seen cars go to your outlet store like I did and have to be turned away.

the employees are always accommodating and if something is not on the shelf they gladly check the incoming stock in the back without any hesitation.

The beard is clearly different than in the past. Softer, lighter, and turns to mush in the mouth. What’s going on?

The tour guide retired so you ended doing tours all together? Not cool, I'm sure a lot of people would be very interested in tours if they were made available again and word got out. Your loyal customers would really enjoy these tours, I'm sure it'd be really neat for the kiddo's. Mrs. Baird's let's make this happen A.S.A.P.!
