tripadvisorGreat location. Walk to Costo,REI, Crawfish Asian Restaurant. Free airport shuttle.Clean. Professional staff.
MoreWorst hotel experience I’ve ever had. False advertising and complete disregard for safety and well being of guests left my family stranded in an unfamiliar area in a dangerous situation.
MoreThis hotel gave me everything I need in a stay….friendly and efficient service, large and clean room with coffee and comfortable bed, good breakfast, safety inside and out, and a good sleep. I highly recommend this hotel
MoreIt's a perfectly fine hotel, close to airport. Shuttle to airport. Staff was pleasant. We were coming back from Tahoe on our way home. So i don't know how convenient it is to town.
MoreThe hotel was GREAT. The beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. However, instead of parking our camper sideways and taking up a few spots which is normally how it's done, staff required us to back in our camper into a corner. I can appreciate not taking up too many spaces and needing room for other guests but this left the locked bikes on the back of the camper in a vulnerable position. We discovered that the next day as we found the lock had been ground off and a bike and e-bike were stolen. The hotel says they're not responsible for stolen property which is understandable but parking as we were told allowed someone to steal our bikes. Had we parked as we originally planned, the bikes would have been more publicly visible and there's a greater chance we'd still have them. All other cars in the lot still had bikes. This was a hard and expensive lesson to always make sure we're comfortable with where we park. I would stay at this hotel again but only if we were not carrying bicycles.
