Was not worth the money. It was as most a 2 star hotel. Didn’t have a private shuttle & no coffee in the morning. The pot was empty at 8am. The room was super basic & more like a Comfor Inn but more expensive. Would not spend the $ to stay here again.

MoreHad a pleasant stay here and would definitely stay again. The staff was nice and you could tell they were very proficient at checking in and check outs. Only complaint is that we were given an handicap room, and we are not handicapped. My parents checked in 4 hours behind us, and they were given a regular room. The next morning around 8 am, we didn’t have an iron and iron board so we called the front desk and housekeeping. Both lines would ring for at least 3 mins without anyone answering. I called the hotel using my cell phone and no one picked up the call. I had to leave the room and go to the front desk where the attendant was standing there ignoring all phone calls.

First off let me start by saying they are really misleading when they advertise parking for the airport parking they never say that they are the holiday inn parking lot that about 8 minutes form the airport als they DO NOT OFFER SHUTTLE rides to and from the airport you can find closer parking that does offer shuttle. VERY MISLEADING
MoreOnly stayed for a night since my flight got delayed 3 hours and I would’ve miss my connecting out of Dallas. Rather stayed in Ontario versus stuck in an airport. They were accommodate on short request. Even though was only a night the atmosphere was great, room aesthetics great, front desk, and receptionist great. The wifi didn’t work great in my room but wasn’t there long enough to maximize use of it. Overall great stay, 4/5 since was there just a night and wasn’t able to take advantage of the hotel and their amenities. Parking may be issue if back late at night and spaces are gone. Not sure if there’s additional parking in areas near or surroundings.
