It’s friendly hotel, but the outside area of hotel is filthy. It’s littered with garbage. The inside seemed ok, but there was stuff all over the walls in our hallway. Manager not doing their job

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Clarksville, Tennessee for business and was disappointed with the experience. Construction containers occupied much of the front parking lot, leaving very limited parking. Inside, the path to the elevator was partially covered by a rug over an unfinished area, which made it awkward to pull luggage. I had specifically requested a room with a bathtub, but the bottom of the tub had spots or unfinished areas that made me question its cleanliness. I didn’t feel comfortable using it. After three 13-hour workdays, I tried to order room service, which was advertised as an amenity, and was told the restaurant was too busy to provide it. Given the number of hotel options nearby, I’ll be choosing a different one next time I’m in Clarksville for regular business travel.

Hotel under remodel, in itself not terrible but the staff is unable to perform simple tasks. Room extended because you're going to be here longer?! Don't bother, nobody including the managers on duty know how to do it in the system. Company paying for the room, all the emails and forms prepared but somehow they want to charge you $800 before giving a new key. All the staff understands is reading a line on a computer screen and doing what it says. No experience in hospitality. Amenities, don't bother. If you're lucky you only have to go down 3 floors to find an ice maker that works. Cleaning staff was excellent but unfortunately the only positive aspect.Seriously, owner....I'd be worried about loosing my IHG flag or get your staffed trained.

This inn is undergoing complete remodeling, so ask for a completed room. It's easy to get to- located off I 24 exit 4- and there are a lot of restaurants very close. There's adequate parking, even with the construction trailers. Some of their amenities are closed, so ask. The hotel is clean and the staff are pleasant. The remodeled rooms are good size with lots of storage. The a/c is NOT controlled on the wall & is aggravatingly slow to respond. Although there are many lights, they are all very dim; certainly not good for reading. Also, if you specifically want your room in a certain area of the hotel, call the hotel. We actually had to downgrade our room type to be towards the end of the floor. However, it did seem quiet everywhere.

Very nice and clean Hotel. We have never stayed in Clarksville and we would recommend this hotel for any travers. The location is quit. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel offers a restaurant and bar that was large and clean. The employees were very nice and friendly also. Would recommend.
