Jazmine was the BOMB.com! She felt more like family than a staff person. Thank you, Jazmine, for taking care of me!

Terrible...all the good stores have left because the mall would not enforce security. I was there with my family and bangers started shooting it out...Never again....Go to South Park in Charlotte or Birkdale in Huntersville, can walk around without threat.

This mall has gone downhill. Many stores are closed or don’t have seasonal clothing.

After reading many reviews I was kinda confused on what they mean by the mall is empty! There were over 80 stores bustling with customers, music playing, and tons of people walking all throughout the mall! I went to visit the Vixen art sip n paint studio and had a great time! The mall is one of the best malls I have seen In a long time!

This mall has really fallen off. So many empty store fronts and even dillars being an outlet was surprising. The furniture store with their pushy staff. The chick fil charging for a cup of water, this mall is doomed I give it 6 more months of survival. After apple left I knew it was a problem. The crime, car break in and non branded stores with all the same overpriced crap.
