We are dedicated to fostering an appreciation for all the performing arts: offering ballet classes and lessons for children through adult, Suzuki method instruction for string instruments and traditional lessons in piano for children and adults & musical theater classes, productions and workshops in our 4000 square foot, state of the art facility. We also offer summer camps & programs for all ages as well. What makes your business special or unique? We provide a trained, professional staff to educate, inspire and develop young dancers, musicians and actors. The Center houses the very first ballet school on Long Island to offer the American Ballet Theatre ® National Training Curriculum- the Huntington Ballet Academy boasts a faculty of university trained teachers with MA degrees from NYU (in a partnership with American Ballet Theatre). Using the Suzuki Method of training, children as young as 3 years old study the violin, viola or cello with the support and guidance of their parents who attend classes with them. This method applies to students of all abilities - the gifted to the challenged. The Center also offers private piano classes and lessons using tractional methods.
