This was our second visit to this mosque preceding our earlier visit on February 1, 2013. Since then we have witnessed quite a substantial development in and around this place. With an extended parking lot and bigger prayer areas for both gents and ladies the mosque reflects a much improved appearance. It is gratifying to observe the harmony and tranquility among difference sections of the worshippers belonging to various countries and communities. The management of the mosque runs and supports programs for mutual understanding, cooperation and coexistence. Several social services and series are offered by the mosque such as (1) financial assistance, (2) clinic offering essential medical and ancillary services, (3) Quranic tafseer for ladies, (4) short term interest-free loan, (5) free immigration consultation, (6) scouting programs for children (7) weekly newsletter, (8) ‘halaqa’ (a religious gathering or meeting) for Muslim ladies, (9) funeral services, (10) Bookstore, (11) recreational facilities and (12) an academy promoting Islamic values, academic excellence and respect for all. So this is a venue very well organized with a lot of community amenities.
