This is specific to the Circle C location in South Austin.I was a member for three years. In September 2025, I called to check my credit balance and was told my membership had already been terminated with no credits remaining. I accepted this and moved on.In April 2026, I discovered I'd been charged $75/month the entire time — including every month after I was told the account was closed. Over $600 in charges, plus 12 unused credits I never knew I had. When I called, I was told the issue was resolved and a ~$900 refund was coming. It never arrived. I was charged again the following month. What followed was months of being strung along: repeated calls and in-person visits with promises of follow-up, a request to email manager Sarah Warren directly (no response), and then — for the first time — being told I needed to fill out a cancellation form. I did so immediately. A week passed. Nothing. When I finally reached Sarah Warren, she was unfamiliar with the details despite the documented email chain, and informed me no refund would be issued because the cancellation form was only processed later — the same form they introduced mid-process.No refund. No reimbursement. No acknowledgment of wrongdoing. After writing this, I noticed several other reviews flagging identical billing and cancellation issues here. Not a coincidence. If you're considering a membership: document everything.

The masseuse was fantastic, but very disappointed in the management. The manager for the Lakeline Austin, TX location called to let me know the day after that they gave me a membership price and I was undercharged and now I need to pay an additional $50. I felt like was such a crappy thing to do as a Manager and something as a business owner I wouldn't have done. If it was my mistake or my staff's, I would own and not put it back on the customer. I won't be back.

I’ve been a massage fan forever, & have been with Massage Envy since 2016. I recently moved & the Lakeline location was more convenient, so I gave it a try. It had been 4 months since my last massage (I used to go bi-weekly). Scott was my therapist & he worked to get every knot out. Very professional & thoughtful.

Terrible Terrible do not go!!!!!! Went for a HydraFacial today and was left an email saying they do not have the ingredients to the machine. Then was charged the total. Called and no pickup for hour so had to use alternate phone to get ahold of someone. Will be disputing since I have all the legal documentation of their voicemail and multiple attempts for contact. Mackenzie is their front desk and told me no manager works there currently and I should have chose another option. Highly recommend another place. 12 year member no longer

I've been going to this location for almost 2 years, and while the first year was rather fantastic, my star masseuse was in high demand. Thus it was generally a challenge to book and re-book consistently. Then she had to go on maternity leave, which is fine, but then the first replacement I tried I would call more physical abuse than I would a massage, then the next was more of a soft caress than a massage, and the last alternative was let go from the company a couple days before my appointment and all bookings were filled out to the maximum pre-booking (another 5 weeks). This means I went almost 2.5 months between visits. Then they let go of my primary masseuse. This doesn't mention the issues I have had with this specific location, from construction noise, to jazzercize music pumping next door - this sort of thing is going to make this location no longer viable. And the text message communication glitches. And the tipping system is absolute garbage. The new and inconvenient tipping service charges an extra $2 to tip. Seriously? As an aside, the facial representatives have been fantastic all around.
