Check in was fine. Once I was in the room, I noticed the deadbolt did not work. I informed the front desk who told me there was no other room to switch to. So, I slept very little due to feeling insecure. The road noise is off the charts and there was a construction crew who started at 4am with the jackhammers. The pool had not been cleaned in weeks as the debris was everywhere. Someone else in my group had no a/c and the staff told them maintenance would look at it. Needless to say she never had a/c and supposedly there was no other rooms for her to move to during our four day stay. Unacceptable.

Travelled to the local Phoenix area on business and selected the Courtyard by Marriott at 1650 N. 95th Lane, Phoenix, AZ for two (2) nights. Unfortunately, my room faced Highway 101 so the sound of every vehicle entering the highway was as clear as if I was standing on the side of the road. Never again will I stay at this Courtyard by Marriott location. Disappointing to say the least.

Comfortable short stay. Clean rooms and nice fitness center. Shoutout for housekeeper Nicole who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and valued as a guest. She is a treasure!

The front desk attendant, Jamika, was a delight. She was extremely personable and kind. She answered questions readily and helped us figure out employee paperwork associated with our stay. (One of us works for Marriott)The room was spacious, extremely clean, and comfortable.

The young lady working 2ond shift is extremely rude. She is worried more about her long black hair and her long nails. It pains her to get off her phone to help any customers with the slightest questions. Many of the guests were complaining about her. Her attentude is terrible. I was there on 8-2-24 at 5 PM so if you are the manager due your research. It is pretty easy to figure out.
