They either stole or threw out my items from the room . No one at the front desk, so I go home and call them they took all day because no one answers the phone. I live 6 mins from them. I had left out and left the key on the table and you’re just now cleaning the room. So where are my items? Hotels becoming the new temporary living.

Our family utilized the handicap accessible room. Although some teachers in the room are outdated, the room was clean, nice spacious, and the bathroom was very large and accommodating. Staff was really nice and I was even able to receive a very important delivery at the front desk. Laundry room is updated with new equipment. And is affordable to do your laundry. There is security on site. Plenty of parking. They even have a cold vending machine as well as regular vending machine.

I stayed here for two weeks while working in Louisville. On my first night, I woke up with over fifty spider bites. I purchased medicine and bug spray and treated the room myself. The bed and pillows were perhaps the most uncomfortable place I have ever slept. They advertise WiFi, but the speed is so slow, that I couldn’t do any work online while there. I even paid for the “upgraded” WiFi, but that made no difference. I prepaid each week. Then, my employer moved me suddenly to another state, so I checked out a few days early. I had a credit of $146.81, which was supposed to be returned to my card within five business days. It was not. After calling four days in a row, they issued a refund for $114.28. They still owe me the other $32.53 and have informed me that the person who gives refunds will not be there until next week. My advice is to stay away from this place.

My friend booked us a room in advance and fully paid for it and it was a much much higher rate and price. I was unable to go because I have been in the hospital for over a month and we let them know as soon as we could and they were adamant and would not refund the money so they will make money for services not rendered, nothing received on our end and I asked for some compassion and empathy and they said that was their policy. I’m going to start having my policy and not support sleazy business practices where they take all your money and don’t give you anything in return! Shady businesses need to go! When I pay with my money, I should either be able to go or get a refund if I can’t attend especially since it is health related. Their policy is to keep your money for nothing!

For the price that I paid I guess I can’t complain much but I think even $70 was a bit much for a room here. They offer smoking or non smoking rooms but it does not matter, the entire hotel reeked of cigarette smoke. The furniture is cheap and Nothing screams incredibly clean here. All of this is expected and came at no surprise to me given the price. All of that being said I would have rated this hotel 3 stars but my morning experience here is what drove my rating into the ground. I was awoken at 9 am by pounding on my door and someone screaming “front desk”. They woke the entire hotel up to ask every customer if they were staying or checking out 2 hours before the check out time!!!! I felt like I was back in boot camp being woken up by a drill Sergeant. An appalling way to treat guests at a hotel. I would steer clear of this hotel at all costs.
