Poor sound in Pit 2. Not enough speaker coverage over that area. Can’t hear the vocals.

Very fun and great experience, although I do not recommend wearing any chains or accessories as those will get confiscated (I had wallet chains that were “too big” and I set them aside in the dirt by one of the entrances and when i went to go get them I had found out they were stolen).

The Amp doesn't disclose their website or their ticket partner AXS when buying that some tickets are restricted from resale. When a personal conflict arose, I tried to resell tickets purchased through the Amp on AXS, the resell tab wouldn't work. I contacted AXS, they said to contact the Amp, who in turn initially blamed AXS. After back & forth between AXS & Amp, the Amp manager finally stated the performers restricted reale. He further stated they didn't know that, doesn't think its a material fact that should be disclosed, and their subject to change conditions clause covers that - even if the tickets were restricted at time of sale. While its a nice venue, as new residents we were eager to attend more concerts, the Amp's deceptive & unfair ticket sale / disclosure practice has turned me off from buying more tickets

We drive down from ATL for Foreigner/Night Ranger. First time here. What a great venue!! Wish it were closer!

Most awful night we sat in the rain and storm for an hour and 28 minutes for mercy me and they ended up rescheduling for the next night giving less than 24 hours notice . So 4 of the party of 8 had to fly home they lived out of state and could not go they were the original ticket holders for all 8 of us . They would not allow transfer of tickets or refund . This venue has been the worse nightmare ever to deal with. Still no refund out 1200 dollars and all wanted was to see a concert . Very sad a Christian concert turned so gangster . Received an email saying we would get a refund from Loran who then afterwards yelled cause we were calling inquiring about our refund and he refused to help us . Be cautious on buying tickets there it can be a gamble . This is the 2nd time st Augustine amitheater has done this the previous time we got no refund and had to wait a year before they returned to perform . The whole time we were sitting waiting for the concert mercy me there were no updates for an hour and 28 minutes we literally sat in the storm for that long before they finally said reschedule for the next day . Not a good thing when people were coming from out of state . I will never return to this place again . No compassion and out right scammers with tickets .
