We took an Uber there as car park was full when we booked, but trying to get one at the end !! So many people, total confusion. Had to walk back to hotel, I have mobility problems so not great. Also our seats were not covered, really lucky it did not rainNot enough toilets. Very long queue at intervals, only just made it back in time.And why is alcohol allowed in seating area ? Two people knocked their drinks over me during concert.Do not bring a backpack ! My husband had to leave his one outside behind a fence.

Last night we saw James Taylor and his awesome band in concert. This was the first time seeing James Taylor in person and he did not disappoint. He was outstanding and his band and backup singers were first rate. His son, Henry was one of Jame’s backup singers and he has a wonderful voice and a very bright future. The Amphitheater is an excellent venue for large concerts (as long as you are under the canopy in case of rain) . Almost impossible to have a bad view and the acoustics are very good. Staff is great and attended to all our needs. We have been to several concerts at the Amphitheater and look forward to returning soon.

My broken leg and arm are healing. I have issues transitioning from sitting to standing and with balance. Currently using a Rollator (Walker). My initial comments are related to my access. In early May we emailed AXS asking if I would be able to get to my seat with a wheelchair or rollator, and if not what are options were. We remained 2 weeks before our concert. No reply and we followed every instruction on their website. In early May we also emailed The St. Augustine Amphitheater asking the same questions plus specific clarifications on their ADA parking. Called on 6/15/26 and left message. The greeting emphatically said I WILL call you back! No reply. The ADA Parking information on their website was updated between that day and 7/20/26. We decided to go and hope things worked out. On-site the staff exceeded expectations! We made one wrong non-turn going to our seats, which added about 60 steps. When you're only walking 150 steps a day, that's significant. Add signage to turn for ramp to Sections 20x Upper Rows & Sections 30x. Luckily we had Row X, next to top of Section 201. I was able to roll to top of Section, and with my husband and railing go down 4 steps to our row & seats. The stadium-style seats have solid bottoms, backs, plus arms. Cup holder in front of seats. Staff was great taking my rollator out of the way near wheelchair seats and retrieving it when I needed to use the restroom and at the end. I used the upper restroom, not the set-aside ADA restrooms at the bottom of the complex. There is an attendant and one ADA stall. The attendant asked me to wait behind a lady queued for the occupied ADA stall. I said I could use a regular stall and she directed me to an open one. Slight difficulty standing up. After the event, thunderstorms were threatening. We got to the Ride Share pick up point as quickly as possible. There was No WiFi service, we had 1/5 bars indicating cell service (AT&T). Took over 30 minutes repeatedly trying to connect to Lyft. We were in that area 45 minutes and were one of the last 20 guests to depart. We were not the only guests with this problem. Maybe add a Hot Spot somewhere obvious (signage) for guests connecting with Ride Share? The concert was GREAT! Food trucks were standard. View from Row X was good. Sound in Row X was clear and loud enough. We have tickets for 3 upcoming St. Augustine Amphitheater shows and are looking forward to each of them.

Poor sound in Pit 2. Not enough speaker coverage over that area. Can’t hear the vocals.

Very fun and great experience, although I do not recommend wearing any chains or accessories as those will get confiscated (I had wallet chains that were “too big” and I set them aside in the dirt by one of the entrances and when i went to go get them I had found out they were stolen).
