Great location for places to eat. Atmosphere was peaceful and quiet. Room very spacious and clean. The values of money was spent was excellent. Great breakfast and customer service. Staff very friendly. Best part was the fresh bathlch of homemade cookies.
MoreLovely hotel in a great location for Disney. The rooms are large and beds are made everyday as well as towels changed. Each room has a fridge and coffee maker with an additional sink that is separate to the bathrooms for washing up cups etc. Breakfast is included and had a good variety including a pancake maker, bagels, pastries, cereals and a hot selection that changed each day, we were there 13 days so saw all the different options of scrambled eggs, omelettes, breakfast burritos, sausage patties, turkey strips, hash browns and buttermilk biscuits. The location is excellent with a Walmart and a Wendy’s nearby and other shops a bit further up the road if you have a car. There is a back road to Disney which cuts out a lot of the traffic at peak times and if you don’t want to drive, the Firefighters free shuttle bus to the parks is excellent and saves on Disneys costly parking fees, it also goes to Universal studios. When we went in October there was only one bus to each park in the morning but two times for coming back either 5.30pm or 10pm. You have to pre book your space which was very easy to do and be prepared when coming home that the bus stops at all 3 parks to pick up and then at animal kingdom you may need to change but it was all very smooth and the plus is the Galleria Palms bus is only 10mins from animal kingdom so it doesn’t take long. Staff are really friendly and helpful and I mustn’t forget free cookies from 4pm to 10pm at reception which you can help yourself to! This is the third time we have stayed here, first two times were only for a night but this last time was almost two weeks and would recommend.
