Positively the most helpful front desk staff. The room (132) sucked. Desk lamp and refrigerator did not work. Clock was set wrong and room was frigid upon check in

MoreLeft with my clothes and belongings smelling like cigarette smoke! This place needs to take their carpet out and wash the walls or do something about the smoke smell! & that DOESNT mean using fragrance to trick people into thinking it’s not there. This room was definitely previously a smoking room or floor and they never properly renovated it. Their linens had a ton of fragrance that it disrupted my sleep. The smells on this trip ruined it for me. Usually Hampton are great but not this one!
