Drove to Fargo for the cruise night in West Fargo, 7-800 old cars.Checked in around 3:30, Very Friendly staff, very accommodating. Room was very clean and neat… Great stay.
MoreLocation was good, everything about the hotel, except our actual room was clean. Bedding had hair, toilet exterior had hair and urine buildup, and inside of toilet needed cleaning. Sleeper sofa linens weren't wrapped up, so we had no idea if they were actually clean or not. We chose to stay here because we wanted our two teens to have their own sleeping space. Unfortunately we had a hard time finding anywhere that had more than just the two beds. Our 2nd night we went down to the hot tub, well ws were hoping for it to be hot. Unfortunately both hot tubs were cold. They don't do the do not disturb door hangers. Checkout was not until 11am, which is standard for a hotel. The housekeepers were trying to come in at 9:15 am. I will never stay there again.
MoreThis is a great place to stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The location of being near the mall and several restaurants is nice. What our family loved the most, though, was the pool and hot tub. My kids loved going down the slide and practicing all the swimming skills they've learned the last couple years in swim lessons. Great way to make a family memory!
MoreEverything was satisfactory except the area where breakfast was served. They had a nice selection but the person in charge sat on her phone. A lot! The area had spilled cereal on the floor along with waffle mix. There was gravy and cold biscuits:(. I did see her get a guest a tray so she could take her food to her room. She had to be asked to refill coffee, syrup and the gravy for the biscuits. In general the area needed to be wiped down and the floor cleaned up. I realize people are messy but this is what her job should include
MoreCouldn't recommend enough. Hidden gem for the price range and location. Super clean hotel, helpful staff, and the owner was incredible to work with. You can tell they put a lot of care into the cleanliness and operations of the hotel. We had our 3 year old daughters party there in the pool/conference room area and it was perfect. All of our friends and family were impressed as well and called it a hidden gem.
