Never have any trouble finding what I need, as long as I don't have to to go to a Home Depot or Lowe's for something specific, Eason's Ace Hardware is my local go-to for hardware odds & ends.

Went in to Ace Hardware in Mountain View.North Carolina highway, 127 had the sorriest cashier. She acted like it killed her to do anything

Had a small issue with a new grill they were very helpful in getting another grill and rectifying the problem great customer service always support your local hardware stores

Not sure why the new owner of the store, Jim, feels he has to be so rude to customers but he has been rude to me the last time. He was rude to someone who stopped and ask him where a item was...

The new owners have shown their lack of active duty and veteran appreciation by rescinding the military discount. My money will be spent elsewhere.
