Located near the center of downtown Escondido, across the street from the California Center for the Arts, guests will recognize Sushi Yama by the large sign outside of the corner restaurant. Inside, the dining room consists of rustic colored floors, tables, and black chairs. Guests can sit outside, below their covered patio. They offer a wide selection of sushi, including Pepper Crusted Ahi, Citrus Yellow tail, and more. They also serve dishes like Yama Grilled Salmon, Grilled Sea Bass, and Ahi Tacos. Sushi Yama also offers a limited selection of kid's and vegetarian meals, along with desserts, and a Sunday brunch from 1130a until 3p.
