Romancing the Bean Cafe Coffee House ·$$

In the heart of Magnolia Park, Romancing the Bean is a local favorite founded by a culinary arts specialist and her family. It’s a great option for consistently good coffee, fresh-pressed juices, desserts, sandwiches, and tasty small dishes. There’s some outdoor seating out front, but the interior is a gem with all-marble countertops, plush-leather seats, and exposed brick. Many, if not most of the ingredients are bought at local farmers’ markets, and the quality is evident.

The ice latte there is genuinely one of the best I've ever had. The atmosphere is really interesting as it blends a combo of Burbank families with studio people--with very little hipster...

Service was quick. I didn't particularly like the seating inside. Was too dark for my liking. Outside was more pleasant and bright. Got a matcha with a shot of lavender. Was well made.
