The Homewood Suites in Beachwood Ohio is in an office park. So surrounding area is very quiet at night when you’re trying to sleep rather than being on a main highway so that is a very good plus. Also right across the street as a really cool restaurant, you could walk to the restaurant if needed.Linda at the front desk is an absolute dear person. So warm and friendly. She was so helpful with everything and reviewed everything that you needed to know in detail, she went the extra mile, the owners need to give her a raise! Our hotel room was really great, clean, spacious. One drawback was the decor is a bit tired, and some of the furniture and the baseboards in the wallpaper are kind of up or peeling, but that can be overlooked. Additionally, the bathtub did not drain so you took a shower in like a foot of water. We did tell the front desk the next morning during breakfast and when we went out for the day and came back at dinner time it still was not fixed however set somebody up to fix it, but we were in for the night and did not want to be disturbed and so we just suffered through it. Other than that, everything else was great. The breakfast in the morning had all different kinds of hot food items, and some international food items. Everything was clean and the breakfast area tables were cleaned up after use, so that was good.Overall, it was a nice stay.

My family and I have gone to this hotel almost every Summer since they opened 20 years ago. We call it our Summer escape. We always find the staff warm and welcoming especially Linda at the front desk and Sunshine in the breakfast area. All requests are met with friendly and prompt response. I can’t thank you enough for a wonderful Summer stay.

Pretty nice hotel. Stayed here for work 2 days. Whirlpool was great! Clean and quiet. (wish it got a bit hotter though) The young lady that comes in for the afternoon shift/ early evening 4pm... front desk--was great! Bed was comfortable, A/C was strong. (The TV in the bedroom didn't work.) Otherwise, nice stay. I travel for a living...this is a good one.

Stayed here 2 years ago and had a pleasant experience. Since then the place has gone significantly down hill to the point I would never return. The staff were nice but the condition of the rooms was unacceptable, especially for a property that uses the Hilton brand. The furniture was worn dirty and stained. Housekeeping was inadequate, skipping the first day and only changing towels the 2nd. Did not clean the. Bathroom or the kitchen area.

Five floor Homewood Suites in a very nice suburban area of Cleveland. Very convenient to freeway but not on top of freeway, so you don’t get the freeway noise.Hotel was very quiet during our one night stay. Rooms were in good shape and the property seemed fairly new. Breakfast was well organized and plenty of room to eat. Front desk staff was courteous. Overall, good place to stay.
