Had to check out before as room was flooded, AC had to be turned off to avoid an electrical hazard, room smelled musky and moldy…….. no other room to move me to………awaiting front desk to open at 9am to request a refund

This is a roach infested hotel. Pest control called out repeatedly. There are a couple of caring people that work there but I feel sorry for anyone that checks in and has no choice but to stay. We checked in to see food on the walls that housekeeping didn’t bother to wipe off from previous guest. Beds are hard. Sheets too big for the bed. Looks like mold in a/c unit. It was gross. A roach running out of the microwave was the last straw. They’re crawling on walls, floors, bath tub, and all over floor at night. They offered us another room because supposedly only one room had the problem. Or even the second floor because no roaches would navigate up there (as was suggested to us). So dirty. And then there was the water leak from second floor that no one showed up to check on for over an hour. We thought this would be convenient location to wait out moving to our new home. Now I’m scared what we’re unknowingly carrying with us. On the positive side — lots of hot water

Hotel rooms were dirty!! So bad we would not let the dog lay on the floor without a towel down. Beds hard, very noise, with ABSOLUTELY NO STAFF to help quiet people or stop them from vaping in the room!!!Traveled for a living for 32 years have never had a worse experience . And no one at this location cares!’

What was expected and what we got was not even close. Extended stay hotel with no pots or pans, no dishes, no utensils, no dish soap. No shampoo, no soap...lucky they provided toilet paper! The TV remote didn't work so they gave us another one that didn't work! No luggage cart! No ironing board or iron. No internet...we were on a business trip and needed internet access but were told it was not working. Only 1 step above camping! The staff was friendly to us and the only silver lining. We booked for 5 nights but only stayed 1 night...that was enough.

Too expensive! No internet even though it says they have it as am amenity but can't log in or says no ip address found and internet connection says failed. And that's just from troubleshooting. And when confront the staff about it, they always say it's being worked on the next day. So nothing ever got fixed and I'm sure it never will.
