If you need a transport company on Oahu, I strongly recommend Hawaii23 Transportation. We arrived in Oahu on the Pride of America cruise ship and we were able to have a wonderful day in Oahu with the help of Hawaii23 Transportation. They picked up our bags and us at the seaport and took us into town for the day, keeping our bags with them. Then they later picked us back up in the city, reunited us with our bags, and dropped us off at the airport in plenty of time for our 7:00 PM flight. Mark was great!! All bags were handled with care and communicating with him was very easy. Highly recommend!

The ride was 30 minutes late. We planned ahead, waking up early with two young kids so we could get to the airport in advance, check our bags, and grab breakfast without rushing. Instead, we ended up waiting in the dark for half an hour. The driver initially said it would be a 15-minute delay, but the timeline kept changing, stretching longer each time. A 15-minute mistake is understandable. The lack of transparency was not. I didn’t appreciate being strung along. Reliable airport transportation is critical, and I would not book with them again.

Bad experience. Had to wait for them to show up, and they were late. Walked more than half a mile with my bags to the pick-up area, which was ridiculous. The van was old and musty. It was 1/3 MORE than the cost of uber XXL for this old van, late service. I would NOT recommend.

Our experience with Hawaii23 was excellent. We had transport from and back to airport. Upon our arrival, the driver was communicating with us so we knew where to meet for pickup. On return our driver Mark was exceptional. He was engaging and we had a great chat. Both times our transport was on time. The cost to and from airport was very good, much cheaper than other companies and we had the transport to ourselves.

Our driver, Joel, called to say he would be arriving early and would we be ready which we were able to do. He was very pleasant and we enjoyed our ride to the airport!
