Very unprofessional. Made reservation online and called to confirm since I had requested a very early pickup. Was told that someone would call the night before with details. When I didn't receive that call I tried both numbers listed and no one answered and was disconnected each time. Driver did not show. Tried calling again, no answer but did receive a text saying I'm on my way. Waited a few minutes but no show. Fortunately I did have someone ready to give me a ride to the airport. Only good thing was they didn't request payment upfront. That should have been my first clue!

I pre-paid for a shuttle to give us a ride to a military base upon arrival to San Diego. Once we arrived we made our way to the stand to wait for the van. The lady there told us our driver would be there shortly. However, the driver never showed. As we asked again where the driver was, she admitted the driver had left prior to our flight to give someone a ride to Mexico. She said she had told him not to go as our flight was due in and he said he he would be back later. She tried to call him over and over again but he wouldn't answer her calls. There is no after hour number for customer care in case you are stranded. After a few hours we were able to secure travel to the base as only certain taxis can drive base and it was Midnight on a Sunday. I sent a lengthy email to the company telling them what happened and to please call me. I waited and waited and after I had not hear from them in 2 days, I called. They acted as if they were apologetic and I was told the managers would call me. They had seen my email they confirmed and yet NO ONE Called me?? I waited and called back many times during the month of January and although I saw a refund hit my account, to this day no one has spoken to me about it when I call (the manager isn't there or not avail) nor has anyone called me. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR SAFETY,
