In 2008, four sisters set out to open a restaurant in order to bring the flavors of home to the Ashburn community. Yen's Cafe and Fresh Juice serves homestyle Taiwanese cuisine: hot and refreshing soups, meaty wok-style noodles, soft dumplings packed with savory goodness, and many more favorites. We choose fresh meats and produce from the market each day to ensure that our ingredients are bright and flavorful.
