Majority of our sushi chefs are Japanese including our head sushi Shane. He's been a sushi chef for over 25 years. The quality of our fish is very high because we only buy the best quality almost daily. Sauces and dressings are our own recipes and have been since we began. We also offer numerous creative appetizers, entrees, rolls, salads and desserts. If you're not into raw fish (not yet anyway), please come in and try our menu items such as Assorted Tempura, Chicken Cutlet, Grilled Salmon, Rib-Eye Wrapped Asparagus Rolls, Tempura Calamari, Dynamite, Grilled Collars...etc. To name a few. You will love what we have to offer.
