The staff was truly so amazing! We arrived before check in but they had our bags in a safe place and we were on the way to the park in under 8 min! The location to the Disney parks is amazing.
MoreThe location was great, easy 15 min walk to Downtown Disney. The day staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean but some of the furniture in sitting room needed to replaced. Fabric was stained and I didn't really want to spend time on the couch or ottoman. I was uncomfortable having to go around on sidewalk at night to other parking lot, that was not safely lit to get into lobby or get ice. Having the ice machine being outside was unsanitary to me. I love old kitchy hotels that embrace their age and outdoor entrys, Eden Roc is just tired.
MoreCute and clean hotel super close to Disney, perfect size family suite! Stayed with 2 adults and 4 kids, perfect space and beds for the group. I even left my Apple Watch there and they shipped it home for me! Amazing customer service!
MoreEden Roc was the best! Incredible staff, great location, very comfortable stay. Juan at the front desk was the man! Will be coming back for sure!
MoreClean, location was great to disneyland! Super quiet and cozy, going to stay again!
