I have no idea why this hotel is highly rated. It’s filthy. They haven’t properly washed the carpeting and our room smelled like a locker room. It’s clearly dirty as we found ants the morning of checkout and someone’s barrette on the chair. When leaving I spoke to the front desk. Nothing. The GM wrote to say it was too bad I didn’t say anything at check in. We didn’t notice until the next day so it’s our fault. They should have offered us breakfast or something. It was disgraceful. Don’t stay here.

They were trying to charge $15 for the breakfast that is complementary everywhere else . Complete bull , rude staff over priced room.

Nice neat and tidy hotel, we enjoyed the hot tub. Was a very quiet day and we enjoyed being alone in it. As the last review said I also wish the window wouldn’t have been broken by a seal. We had a lake view room with a full moon but was difficult to see. Enjoyed being able to get a few drinks at the bar from a great bartender.

Have stayed many times but no more. I needed to borrow a pair of scissors from the front dest to cut one bandage off and cut the length of the new one. The clerk on duty would not allow me to use them except a the desk in the lobby ,this was evening of June 4th ,7:30 PM. Very uncaring kid. Also our rooms window was so distorted by the loss of the seal, we could not see out, also the breakfast has been downgraded, you can no longer get eggs to order without a $10.50 extra charge if you want the breadfruit ,etc. Too many other places to stay nearby to make this my choice.
