We had over $1,200 in new frames and re-frames several pictures from this company. We were pleased with all but the last one. When we picked up our last 2 pictures we were in tears. Our picture of Jesus Praying at Gethsemane. The picture was about 60+ years old and was in pristine condition. We loved it and asked for the glass to be changed to museum quality glass so it wouldn’t glare so much. There was nothing wrong with the picture frame. We told him that when we dropped it off. When we picked it up we began seeing cracks in all the corners and BIG chunks of the frame were missing. The back of the picture was cheap and coming apart. The old paper was still attached and falling off. We brought this to the owners attention and he became defensive, ugly and so unprofessional. He said it was like that. We told him we had a picture of it and he said well it wasn’t prior to him taking it from us. He was so hot and a different man. It was so sad to see him lie that he was so ashamed and couldn’t tell us the truth.If we brought this in this condition any frame company wouldn’t re-frame it and would make all kinds of notes about it being in poor condition. We discussed the horrible condition this picture looked when we picked it up. This is a picture of Jesus and despite us trying to talk to this man he continued to lie to our face. We could not have him work on this picture or replace the frame as it was everything against what Jesus teaches us in His commandments. We were in shock because of the way he behaved and lied then the damage Jesus’ picture. Did he hate Jesus so much he could not be respectful to His picture? I left crying in tears, tears that someone would treat a picture of Jesus that way. He cannot be trusted with any of our pictures again. God have mercy on his soul. We forgive the store owner. This is now between Him and God. God knows the truth and the truth will set this owner free.
