We were in Norman for an Oklahoma Football game. We had an issue with our first hotel so last minute found the Courtyard Marriott. I would not recommend getting a last minute hotel on a football weekend as it was pricey. But it was a great location for a game and was a nice hotel. There are restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The staff were very friendly. We also had a medical emergency and the staff was helpful and genuinely concerned for our well being.

Located conveniently near the OU campus. The inside of the hotel is a little nicer than the outside. Room rate wasn’t terrible for one night but the bed was not comfortable and they are severely overcharging for beverages/food onsite.

Best service that I have received at a hotel in norman oklahoma. The staff was kind and very professional. Kim the General Manager and Rachel and the women who ran the front desk and the batista. If I could give them raises I would highly valuable people because they all care. Everyone was kind even the housekeeping.

The hotel has a weird smell. I stay at hotels 2-3 times a week for work and this was one of the worst. The gym was disgusting. Staff was nice but that doesn’t make up for a dirty hotel. I’ve been really dissatisfied with Marriott Courtyards lately.

I was shocked at the state of our hotel room. We found our way to our room using my remote key entry key as there was nobody at the front desk. The room had brown stains on the chair, bedskirt and walls. There was a bug in the bathroom I killed. There were holes in the bathroom wall. The bed was hard as a rock. I lt was all unexpected as we are Bonvoy members and frequent Marriotts often. Sad to see at checkout they were offering an extra 5k points for those who leave a raving review. Don’t trust the reviews of this hotel.
