The staff is very knowledgable and friendly. The wait can be long at times but what can you expect from great doctors like Dr. Ronk and Dr. Shaiebky. No pressure to buy glasses or schedule...

I left two messages with them asking for an appointment and didn't get any response. I can only rate their responsiveness - which is non-existent. I have given up and looked elsewhere for service.
