New location across the street by the sort of giant Dala Horse! Old location 100% gone.

I usually love Erberts and Gerberts. Not this time. They messed up my order the first time, so I went back and reordered (no refund) and then they messed it up again. unacceptable. I will not be back.

This young man worker Isaiah was so helpful and very much a sandwich artist. I would come back just to watch him work his magic, and must I say both him and the sandwich were delicious...anyways...

Sandwiches lack flavor and the filling is skimpy. Only one piece of turkey on the sandwich left me looking for more. My husband ordered a cheesesteak and threw it away after four bites. No flavor!

I have had a sandwich heated up & so I went in to order I asked if they could do that they refused. They have an oven so I didn't see the problem but I guess some ppl just can't put it in the oven...
