AMAZING. I travel frequently for work and have had massages all over the country. I can say for sure that Hiatus Aveda Salon in Dallas is on the top of the best ever list. The salon is gorgeous, the staff is so friendly and my massage therapist was absolutely amazing. Thank you for being so welcoming to an out of towner and for getting all of those airplanes knots out. I’ll be back for sure!

I have gone to the Plano and The Hill locations. I was also a member. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but when you pay extra for 80 minutes you would expect to have the service for 80 minutes not 60. They cheated me three times. And did nothing when I complained. My last facial yesterday was 60 minutes but says 80 on the description. Since I canceled my membership they weren’t going to let me use my last credit. Luckily the individual who checked me out fixed. Do Not Waste Your Money.

There was construction going on next door, the entire session felt like a drill going through my brain. I mentioned it at the check-out, and wish I had gotten the person's name who seemed to be in charge, she was quick to respond the AC is broken, people are on the roof, there is nothing we can do about it. The AC wasn't broken, there were people on the roof perhaps installing AC for the new business next door, and for that business there was remodeling and they were cutting tile and drilling. I put my head back in and said to the person who checked me out There is construction going on out here. Of course that was not news to her. Here is what could have done differently: 1. if you have rooms not next door to the remodel, put clients in those 2. when I made the appointment, they could have let me know there was work going on and offer me a discount for booking an appointment anyway. I deserved a choice rather than what instead feels like an intentional deception. 3. OR when I brought it up at checkout, she should have given me a discount then. Instead her answer compounded the feeling of deception. It wouldn't have made my experience better, but to pay $130 plus tip for an experience that was anything but relaxing is egregious. And to have a person who acted like a manager but had zero customer service skills: I have been to this location before and while the remodeling will end at some point, the taste in my mouth will not and not only will I not only not come back to this location I will tell as many people as possible about my experience. You might as well remove the word spa from your business name, there was nothing spa-like about this experience. In fact while writing this it reminds me of my first experience. In that case, instead of taking me back to change and sit in the relaxing room, they had me sit out front for a long time and then rushed me back. You have a lovely room in which to relax and wait, why aren't you promoting that? This time they asked Do you want to go back? Why wouldn't I? Why would I want to wait in a hot glass box before what is to be a spa-like experience? Follow-up: In August I received a message from their new manager....as I emailed back I'm interested in hearing what you have on your mind to make up for the experience crickets. Nothing. Noted and shared with others.

Truly appalled. The front desk girl was so rude I felt so uncomfortable as soon as I walked in like acting disgusted to help me. I came to feel relaxed and stress free not be treated so poorly. My wax lady treated me like I’m stupid when I told her I didn’t understand a question. Like didn’t give me any tips I’m clearly a beginner just treated me like terribly and rude. I’m pretty disgusted that the employees would ever think this would be a welcoming environment like I will never come back. So beyond rude and such a waste of time and money. Self esteem out the window

Beyond frustrated with this establishment. Whatever booking system they're using needs to be replaced immediately, as it has numerous times (on their end) messed up my appointment times!! That, and their technicians are consistently late for appointments. I'm done with this spa and will be looking elsewhere for my treatments.
