Takes 3-4 calls to get anything done on your order. Quick to take the order but terrible customer service. Did not pick up when scheduled. Did not deliver when scheduled. There are other POD...

They lead the public in to thinking they serve them anywhere and this is not the truth. They only service major cities locations and not rural America, so it could end up costing the customers...
