Madison was our last stop on a road trip between Arizona and Michigan. We found the Americinn and are so glad we did. The price was great, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and quiet, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was ample and varied. There's plenty of parking and the area feels safe. We were able to easily Uber to the downtown / university area to explore. I will definitely plan to stay here again the next time I visit Madison.

Furniture looked like someone drove through with a freight train. Manager needs to buy some varnish. Blood on sheets-see pics. Female clerk would've made a good first sergeant. Breakfast and happy hour are redeeming virtues. Special requests totally ignored.

We have stayed here multiple times over the last 5 years, and we keep coming back. It is close enough to the U where our daughter went to school. The rooms are nice and clean.They are very accommodating, gave us a refund on a prepaid reservation when we accidentally canceled it. We booked again immediately. The breakfast has a large variety of hot and cold foods. I was impressed with two waffle irons making large and mini waffles. The manager’s reception of wine, beer and snacks is very unique. The pool, hot tub and outside patio with a grill are all inviting. Best of all the price is the best in the area. We chose this over the bigger hotels on campus. You would be happy to stay here. Sad to likely not come back now that our daughter is leaving.
