Came to have my Grandson birthday, wouldnt let us have our special cupcakes for him and immediately confiscated them. Ok deal with that part of us arrived alittle early would not seat us said we had to wait on other 3 people. The others arrive we ask for table they tell us 45 minute wait. We accept and take him to play games. Come back and seepeople waking in and being seated. Ask why we weren't seated yet and are told We didnt put you on the list have to wait another 45 minutes. We then wait some more they tell us its ready and seat us at a booth. We asked for a table when we reserved they seated us and said no we have those for other waiting customers. I would not recommend this place. Absolutely the worst Dave and Busters I have ever been to. Worst staff unprofessional even talked to a Manager on duty he said sorry that how our GM wants it. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN. Go to another location and avoid this location at all cost.
