Breathe Pilates Studio offers Pilates instruction on studio grade apparatus in both private and semi-private classes. Located in The Woodlands, just North of Houston, the studio uses equipment that focuses on movements of the spine, increasing flexibility, muscle lengthening and core stability. Based on the innovation of Joseph Pilates, our comprehensively certified Instructors focus on precision and quality of each movement; stretching and strengthening the body simultaneously.
