I recently transferred my membership after moving to Norman. I just got a call from Austin who wanted to sell me insurance. I asked him not to call me with stuff like this and he hung up on me....

This Norman location supporting international travel does not answer the phones. I tried twice. Waited for over 5 minutes each time.
