Reviews
tripadvisorThe staff was nice overall. One of the ladies was giving uncanny AI vibes, which was honestly kind of funny. Check-in was pretty meh, but check-out was super easy. They’re currently under construction, which sucks :( We couldn’t use the bistro, and both side exits were blocked off. There are two elevators, and both were filthy and smelled strongly like musk. I get that construction is happening, but they could’ve at least covered the carpet. The cleanliness was just okay. Housekeeping never came by, and the sheets were insanely itchy. My boyfriend ended up breaking out in a rash all over his stomach and back. I’m not sure what detergent they use, but they seriously need to switch to something made for sensitive skin or at least something less cheap and harsh. The fire pit and outdoor area were amazing, though.
MoreRoom and hotel were AWESOME. But morning female employees working in the Bistro preparing coffee/breakfast items on Friday December 12th 2025 SUX. Very rude and condescending to woman. I wear a mask as I have breathing/digestive issues. Both employees looked at me and treated me as if I had horns and a third eye.
Moreother than a place to lay your head go somewhere else. the 1st room the A/C didn't work literally sweat pouring off your face, so had to move to another room. 2nd room AC worked at least but the toilet stayed running after every flush for basically the rest of the stay. tried the handle jiggle, tried everything other than replacing the fill valve. was not going to move again so just let it run. the room is set up kinda weird as you literally have about 12 inches between the bed and wall to get up on the one side of the bed. the pull out sleeper sofa is one of the smallest ive seen in a room with a sleeper sofa. its no larger than a single if that my 5'3 wife basically took up the entire thing, so if you need more room than that for additional people/kids i would look elsewhere. walking distance (very close) to Cracker Barrel and/or McDonalds. Wont be back anytime soon
MoreThe front desk and cafe staff were very friendly. Beyond that, we were very disappointed. Ice machines did not work, the 4th floor reeked of someone smoking, housekeeping is provided only every other day, no refresh of the limited (3 pods; reg coffee, decaf, green tea) keurig cups, you can go to the lobby for more but still, this does NOT represent the normally high Bonvoy/Marriott standards. It was clean and I don’t want to be too harsh, but we were it did not meet expectations.
MoreWe stayed for one night at the end of December. The hotel is very nice. Our room was clean and quiet even we were on the first floor. We were a bit disappointed that the breakfast wasn't included, but we woke up late in the morning and we went to a Dunkin' nearby. Very welcoming and helpful front desk staff both in the evening and next morning.
