Very disappointed. We paid $100.00 for their Mothers Day Promotion - BOGO. My mother in law went yesterday 11/09/2021 to use hers. The massage was 65.00. They tore up her card and said there was nothing left on her card. She called me very concerned that we had been ripped off. Which we were. Sierra the mgr rumbled on and on about the fact that it was a massage Buy One Get One. If that was the case my husband and I would have only paid 65.00 BOGO. But we paid $100.00 so each of our moms would get 100.00. It was a none winning conversation. The purchase was made in our Naples Florida location and I did call them and confirmed that each of our moms would get 100.00 worth of service. Needless to say my mother in law will never be back there again and I hope their customers read this review. By the way whoever was her tech was fabulous and regardless my Mother in Law enjoyed her session.

Amazing massage from Johnathan! Staff was great and the experience was awesome! Go and treat yourself!

I had back problems and bought 4 sessions which were all fine. Told them I didn't want there $55/month deal. I would pay as I go. They continued to charge my card the $55 every month anyway. I called and they said there is small print in the 4 session paid in advance contract that allows them to continue to charge your card. I asked them to stop, they said they would but they didn't.

Heidi gave a great deep tissue massage. Relaxing atmosphere. Here on vacation or else I would go back on a regular basis.

I recently purchased two 90 minute massages from the Massage Envy located on Clark rd. in Sarasota Florida for my sister. As they were finalizing the charges, they asked how much tip I wanted to leave, I told them 20% for a total charge of $180.00. A few days later I looked at the receipt and saw that I was charged $204.00. When I called back to ask for the refund on the tip amount, they told me they charge the tip based on non-member rates.... What?? I told them to correct the mistake, they would not. They said it's not possible once the gift card has been purchased - it is possible they just didn't want to do it. I called their corporate office and left a message to have one of their representatives call me back - no call to date. Their bad business practices, poor customer service and other past allegations we have heard on the news lately, make this a place to stay clear of.
