Called for an appointment the day before while visiting Milwaukee while my husband played in a Bridge tournament. This Massage Envy is a beautiful facility and I got a great facial. They can adjust your facial to your special skin needs. Professional facial at a fair price.

I have been a member of Massage Envy in 2007. My experience at Massage Envy Greenfield has ended this 13 year loyalty. First - I'm all for a mask and understand that the therapists have a right to feel safe, however I draw the line with suffocating with a mask pulled tight across your face while you are laying face down in a head cradle. But yet.... I did it. I had it pulled away from my face a bit, because it was smashing my nose into my face with the pressure of lying face down in the head cradle, and the therapist asked my to turn my head. Being polite, I reached up to readjust said mask before I took my head out of the cradle and raised/turned my head. The therapist asked if I had my mask off this whole time. I replied, no, I adjusted it when you asked me to turn my head and take it out of the cradle. He then basically accused my of lying, and walked out of the massage. I drove 40 minutes to Massage Envy (I signed up while living in Texas, at a fabulous Massage Envy location, and if I hadn't had such a loyalty to the brand I wouldn't have been driving that far out of my way for the last decade) and 40 minutes back. Time out of my day, to be accused of lying (how old are we, and why would I lie? He had his hands on me for 45 minutes,and he could see that I had a mask on). I will never set foot inside of a Massage Envy in Milwaukee again. Shame, because I have three people on my membership, and sixty-five (65) banked massages. I am now working with my home location (thank you TEXAS!) and seeing what my options are for cancelling and receiving a refund.

Massage Spa. Was not happy with my massage I paid extra for more hands and feet massage. All he worried about was changing the hot towel three times never massaged my toes or fingers. Disappointing to say the least. My back hurts terribly not sure if he knew what he was doing. You are suppose to come out relaxed and feeling wonderful I was in pain. I had a 90 minute massage I'm sure half of it was on my back and neck ouch. Started 5 minutes late and ended 5 minutes early, Will not be going back. I have had many massages done in my life this was my worst experience,

I joined as a member to receive the discounts they offer which seemed resemble. The problem was seeing the therapist I requested. I was cancelled 3 times 1 time for bad weather the other for personnel reason of the therapist. When they rescheduled me the put the wrong name in for the appt. So again I rescheduled. The waiting list for my therapist is approx. a month. From the beginning they push other therapist which I tried. One hurt my back by pulling on my legs. The manager was very rude and condescending to me. She offered nothing but to reschedule me in another month or try another therapist again. I chose to walk away losing a good deal of money built up by automatic withdrawals. The new updates look nice but the way they manage appts and the customer service is terrible.
