I have had facials and multiple face waxings here and have always found the personnel professional and welcoming. Lexi has been doing my brows now for over a year and they have never looked better.

I'm sorry but I am honestly astonished seeing SO many positive reviews... This was my first and last experience with this spa. The setting was nice, they offered a soft robe and refreshments, but the services themselves were less than impressive. I did the Lazy Days Renewal first- the lady spent literally no more than 5 minutes on the body scrub portion- she scrubbed so hard and fast, it was not relaxing at all. The soaking tub in between was nice, but the massage following was so unbalanced- what you do to one side of the body, you do to the other was missed with this lady. I was left feeling very uneven, ungrounded, because one side of my body was neglected compared to the other. I then moved onto the facial- this girl was sweet but literally for the first 15 minutes talked my ear off about all the products they sell in house that I needed to try.... she didn't even tell me we were nearing the end of the facial, or when she had finished, she just stopped and started tearing paper and told me she would go grab those products she told me about and meet me at the door. Yall, I spent just shy of $300 for that?! Never again.

What I experienced at this Woodhouse location on today was absolutely unacceptable. I have reached out to your corporate head quarters and they have confirmed that what I experienced is NOT Ok. I have been going to Woodhouse for 8 years (staring at San Antonio) and have never experience this level of half ass service. 1. Your staff failed to book all of the services I requested 2. Your shower was dirty and disorderly (pictured) 3. NO SOAP in the shower 4. I was bought Dove to wash with...DOVE in a Spa (WOW) 5. The eucalyptus shower spray bottle was empty 6.Lauren, your manager was very unprofessional and unbothered by any of my concerns that I communicated to her. No attempt was made on her part to accommodate me or apologize for my experience. Instead she told me that house keeping probably didn't clean and that the owners had decided to us Dove instead of the spa line of soaps. Instead of trying to figure out how to help make up for all of this she simply said she could go ahead and cancel my services, (I did after really looking forward to a full Spa day, for which I took off work) 7. Unbothered/couldn't give a crap level of customer service (overall ) 8. your 'white wash clothes are dingy Not a good look!! THIS IS NOT HOW AN UPSTANDING SPA IS RUN. Period. I have been to Spa's in Cambodia and experienced better. What I don't want now, is a fake ass apology now that you've been aired out. Congratulations, on running off a professional customer who tips well.

Terrible customer service!! Absolutely rude and unwilling to work with your schedule. When I tried to reschedule an appointment I was told I would be charged $105!! I understand it's policy but also LIFE happens. According to them, they are more important than their customers. DO NOT USE THEM, use someone local and less corporate minded.

I love going here to treat myself. It is a little pricey for me, so it’s a special occasion place. For birthdays or anniversaries etc. When you go they put you in a robe and offer you wine, juice, etc. while you hang out in a nice and quiet lounge room. Then they will come get you for your service. One year for my best friends birthday, we both got pedicures. We got to have some wine first and then got our pedicures side by side. I’ve also had a few massages and a facial, all which were great. Maybe I’m not too experienced but in my opinion this is the nicest place in Lubbock to go for spa services.
