Bete-Lukas | Ethiopian Restaurant Ethiopian Restaurant ·$$

Bete-Lukas stands on the second level of a fairly nondescript building with nothing except a signboard to indicate its presence. The uninspiring location however, has not stopped it from being frequently ranked among the best African restaurants in the city. Expect a diverse selection of specialties from the Ethiopian palate served up in traditional style. Start off with the selection of appetizers and salads featuring among others, a choice of Sambusa Tibs are a weekend specialty that should not be missed. For the main course, there's an excellent choice in meat and seafood specialties. Vegetarians are well catered to with more than a few choices on the menu. The veggie and meat combos feature an excellent assortment of the menu favorites. The bar has a diverse selection of spirits to suit most tastes. The atmosphere inside is comfortable, with the spacious dining room giving a homely vibe. The catering service on offers is a good bet for offering something different on your next party.
