tripadvisorWhat a wonderful place to ski this December. The lifts were great, the snow was perfect, the accommodations were spotless, and the best thing was the attention to detail and helpfulness of the amazing staff everywhere. We ate in the bar two days at noon and the main restaurant one night and every single meal was EXCELLENT! I Love, Love, Loved the Power Salad at lunch- I had it both days. It was filling but didn’t leave you bloated for going back out to ski. Some of our party also had the Nachos ( I wish I had taken a picture,) it was unbelievable, the Rueben, and another salad that they said was Great! At the main restaurant, I had the French Onion Soup for my main course and it was the best I had ever had and mostly bc it wasn’t so salty. PERFECT! My husband had the pork chop and he gave me a bite, it was excellent, and the rest had steaks that I took pictures of and were perfect. The game room was perfect for the kids to spend time in while we adults had a little time to ourselves, and the ski slopes were perfect this weekend. What a GREAT time we had.
MoreWe stayed at Lake Lodge and we were the only people there....the last week of September. When the power went out three times in one night, it really ruined the night. So far from everything and stuck in the dark.
MoreLake Lodge at Moonlight Basin was amazing! It’s brand new (July 2021 opening) and a fabulous place. With less than 20 units, a full restaurant, great bar, and amenities galore, this is a new Luxury place to stay in Big Sky. Skiing out is easy, and taking the Jay Hawk lift back is seamless. Again, the amenities are indescribable!
MoreI love skiing here! Some of the most breathtaking scenic trails that I've ever seen. Great place for recreational skiing. There's plenty of beginner trails for starting out or warming up on. You ski through tunnels, over bridges and thru a little village. It's a fun ski area!! The lift lines are not long either.
MoreThe property was like nothing we have been to before. Everyone was so nice and the hospitality was par for the course. The kids had a blast, the food was excellent and we look forward to coming back year after year!
