MoreWinston at the front desk was very helpful. Other than Winston our stay was not pleasant. Soon arrival I noticed how gross our room was. Floor looked like it had never been mopped. Shoe prints (that looked like work boots) all over the bathroom floor. I have a baby who crawls and the top of his feet where black within 10 minutes. I used a baby wipe on the floor, black. Gross. Do not recommend. Wish I booked a different hotel, especially for the price. The card said yocelin cleaned the room, but with how dirty the WHOLE room was, doubt it.
MoreAlthough skeptical from some recent online reviews, we were very pleased with our room on the 3rd floor. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the linens were soft. The room was very clean. We saw a very hardworking and friendly maid working late into the day. She was doing a fantastic job. I believe her name was Rosalina. The front desk staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a full-size refrigerator and kitchenette, too!
MoreThis place is gross. Like stains all over the curtains, bathroom floor not cleaned before check in, wear flip flops in the shower gross. Giving 2 stars because staff was helpful, but we got forced to stay here when the whole area sold out for an event. I will drive home 2 hours in a snowstorm before I stay here again.
More2 weeks into my 5 weeks stay, room has not been cleaned. Asked for it 5 times. The same for my colleaque. 2 others have move to a hotel nearly, another who came Yesterday stay there too. Our company has probaly booked 400 nights here in the past 8 months but im pretty sure its over now. The staff is simpely useless and lazy, you ask for them to clean the room and they write it down and say they will do next day, nothing happens. My colleaque asked for toilet paper, they had to go to an another room to find some. No trashbags in the Roms so mine i throw in the hallway, sorry to you other guests, and if your towel smell funny! No cleaning No toilet paper.
