Terry greated us quickly, answered all our questions, arranged our airport shuttle for the following morning as well as our return. The other staff members were very friendly as well.Plus the hotel is conveniently located. Close to restaurants, shopping, Costco. We are very happy customers
MoreExceptional in every way! The hotel is used so it has a few bumps and bruises but extremely clean. Staff is exceptional, friendly, responsive. Took care of our small problem immediately. Breakfast was REAL and had healthy options. Even had a light supper/snacks because we were there on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. They have a nice little billiards room we used. This is our new favorite hotel. The rooms are outstanding.

MoreRoom was awesome for three travelers. Very quiet. The beds are very comfy. Breakfast was spot on as was the Wednesday social. Stayed here before this time was July 16 and 17/2025.Clean and very comfortable. Enjoyed sitting outside in the beautiful courtyard. They even have a room with a Pool Table....very nice. Thank You to the staff. Will be back!
MoreYou could not ask for a better hotel experience than this — Staybridge should be the #1 hotel in all of Missoula! Our trip began with a wonderful welcome from Elise at the front desk, in which she expertly explained everything we needed to know for our fabulous 2-day stay here: all about the complimentary washer/dryers, the fitness room with machines, towels and free weights… the evening social at 5:30 Mon-Wed… the billiards room… and the excellent breakfast that starts at 6 am (with coffee out around the clock) that included a variety of eggs each day, potatoes, bacon, sausage, bagels/breads, little deserts, fresh strawberries/oranges/apples/bananas and oatmeal. We were fortunate to have a roomy 2-Bedroom/2-Bath Suite (one with a tub, one with a shower) that had windows to open for a breeze and a delightful view of all of Missoula from the 4th floor. We absolutely enjoyed all the friendly staffers, too — each and every one of them with a smile and a greeting when you passed by. Thank you again, Elise and GM Ryson, it was just perfect!
