Paul Meek confirmed in writing that Spa Team International would refund the full $500 and gave me a specific deadline of September 16, 2026. I was also told in writing that because I had never received tracking or a shipment, I did not need to return anything.I later received a different explanation stating that the product had actually been shipped to a corporate account as part of a larger wholesale order rather than being shipped to me.When the promised refund date arrived, I had to follow up repeatedly for confirmation of my money being returned.I have retained the Zelle transaction record, emails, messages, and written refund confirmations documenting the transaction.Based on my personal experience, I would exercise extreme caution before sending money to this company, particularly through Zelle. I would insist on a formal invoice, written purchase terms, tracking information, and a credit-card payment method with buyer protections.
