I made a reservation at this hotel 11 months in advance to stay for one night for a concert. I reserved a double queen room. After waiting 20 minutes to check in, I was told that the hotel accepted a last minute group and didn’t have anymore double queen rooms. So even though they had my reservation, they didn’t honor it. Three of us had to squeeze into a king room. We weren’t the only ones experiencing this. And what did they provide as an apology for the inconvenience they caused? Nothing. No comp breakfast or comp parking no discount. It was just a shrug. Very disappointed with the customer service at this hotel especially as a Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite member.

Great stay! Bed was comfortable, great décor, very stylish, cool bathroom! Our 2nd time staying here. They have a bar in the lobby. Food is expensive here.

THIS IS THE RESPONSE I SENT TO THE HOTEL SURVEY THAT WAS SENT TO ME MULTIPLE TIMES AFTER MY 1 NIGHT STAY: I would never think to write a complaint, but this property was unlike any Marriott that I have ever stayed in. The entire property is in great disrepair and should not be considered a valid Marriott property. The carpeting was entirely stained and dirty --- from the halls, to the room. The wall coverings were scratched on both walls down the length of the hallways, and peeling at the seams in the room. The grout in the bath area was peeling, scratched, and dirty, as well partially painted with a bright blue substance on a section in the toilet area. The shower pan was completely stained. The air conditioner rumbled, shook, and roared when it was on, making it impossible to have it running if trying to sleep. The room temperature was 78 when I checked in at 6:30pm, though the thermostat was set at 65...obviously not working. There was much more....really my worst Marriott experience in my life. I would never have booked this if I knew the conditions of the hotel.(I got an AI email response back a week later which stated that they would get back to me in 5 business days, and I never heard back from them, and they never responded to my follow up email 10 days later. When I called Corporate Marriott (I'm gold member, they) said that it is an older hotel and it was up to the individual hotel to do something, and that the internal records show that the notes at the hotel said that they would do nothing because I didn't complain about it that night. I am an elderly woman traveling alone and had driven 12+ hours to get there...and the entire hotel looked to be in the same state of unkept disrepair. I did not have the energy to complain...and all the hallways looked the same as my room, so I doubted that a room change would have made it better.)

Not at all up to Marriott standards. Dirty Air conditioner filters leaning against wall. Bathroom sink drained very slowly as well as toilet, enough said on that. Plug receptacle missing on desk. The desk chair was grossly stained. The breakfast chef was very nice and took care of us. The shuttle was convenient and free. We will not stay here again. There are many other better options near by.

I stayed here for 1 night in August 2026. The rooms desperately need to be updated. It is very heavily worn. The Bad:-Dirty Shower when I arrived-Cracked tiles (with large chunks missing) on the floor-Bad lighting, felt like I was staying in a cheap roadside motel-Old TV (probably the original from 2008 when the hotel opened) without Marriott's normal entertainment-Pretty noisy, could here everything in the rooms next to meThe not so bad:-The breakfast was good, and the chef was super friendlyOne of the poorer stays i've had at a Marriott property in a long time. I was scheduled to stay here again in the near future, and cancelled my reservation in favor of another Marriott property. Really needs to be updated.
